Wednesday's Wedding Inspired Bliss ~ Ginger Jar Designs

I shared yesterday my new found affinity for Ginger Jars and I don't just want to collect them for decorating - I want them for flowers and table decor too!

Bliss is Back!

Turquoise, Tulips and Bliss has been on a bit of a hiatus due solely to its "authors", i.e. me and i'm so sorry! Not making excuses but I will say that work took over my life from March to June and after a wildly successful conference mid-June, I am now beginning to feel human again! 

All of that behind us, we are back up and I am committing to returning to my favorite pastime, collecting and compiling my favorite things and sharing them with anyone and everyone! 

So, as a bit of a fresh start, I am going right back to the root of what never fails to make me smile:

Thursday's Treasure Hunt... Antlers

Whether you're a huntsmen or not, you must admit, antlers are a pretty cool thing. They each have their own unique branching design making for awesome pieces of wall art, accents on shelves and tabletops, and even the make-up of some great mirrors and chandeliers!

Be on the look out for that spot in your house in need of a set of antlers!

Stop and Smell the Roses

Whew, what a month it's been. 

I have been traveling quite a bit for work and play -- from LA, Santa Monica and San Fran to Memphis and Hudson, O-hi-o! I have had joys of seeing new places and old friends along the way, taking part in and celebrating the marriage of two close friends, celebrating the birthday of a monkey and all sorts of adventures in between. 

With good times come sad ones as a dear childhood friend lost her battle with cancer yesterday reminding us all just how precious life is.  Its unfortunate that it takes moments like this to remind ourselves just how special friendships are. For hers and all the friendships in my life, I am so grateful.

In an effort to add some cheer to our day, I hope these bursts of color remind us all to stop and smell the roses!

Bushels of Bliss and Peonies!

I am missing you (and my guilty pleasure) so... and boy do I feel out of loop on all of our favorite blogs!! 

While I am loving planning our conference and it is giving me great experience, I am counting down the days (we will be wrapping up one month from today -- at 12:30 pm EST to be exact) until the conference comes to a close and I can return to life outside of my office!  

I miss sharing my favorite finds with you but I will return soon!!

For now, I leave with you bushels of bliss and peonies!
