Tulips on a Tuesday... and on a Coffee Table

Pretty pink tulips will surely brighten your Tuesday...
and put them on a chichi coffee table adorned with design's greatest books and I'd call them the cherry on the top!

This coffee table masterpiece incorporates all of Southern Livings' makings for a good coffee table:
One: Something tall
Two: An oddball object
Three: Something fresh
Four: Books

This coffee table, complete with pink tulips, is simply put, divine.

The World is Your Oyster!

Happy National Oyster Day!

Oysters aren't just tasty... their shells make for some beautiful decor too!

Tuesday's Patriotic Table!

I just love 4th of July!
Its' falling on a Wednesday is posing a bit of a hiccup in the water-side plans I so desperately would love right now, I will still be celebrating in proper fashion from the nations capital!

What do you have planned for tomorrow?
And more importantly, what's going to be on your patriotic table?
In case you need a few last minute ideas, here are a few ways to ensure you have plenty of red, white and blue on your table to celebrate!

Love the mixed-matched dinnerware -- all in red white and blue of course!

Patriotic party pale with all you need!

Tabletop Tenenbaum Bliss!

December 1st is here which means FULL-ON CHRISTMAS CHEER!

To kick-off the season, here is some inspiration for the adorable tabletop trees!
These adorable trees fit on tables, mantles, end tables, chairs, tables - anywhere.
I love the idea of having a tree in several rooms of your house and these adorable little trees make it easy to have different themes and colors to bring cheer to your abode!

Cheers to a Blissful Holiday Season, Loves!

The silver Champagne Bucket makes a perfect stand for this beautiful Robins Egg Blue Ornamented Tree

How cute would this tabletop tenenbaum be for a wedding shower around the holidays?
Love the white!

Simply adding ornaments to the tabletop tree purchased at the supermarket can be just as glam and a welcoming festive touch.

Wouldn't it be fun to fill open nooks and crannies of each room with a tabletop tree? Bringing Christmas cheer to every room of your house!

Terrifically Turquoise Tree

For those feeling a little edgy, why not put a full size tree on top of a table?

Tabletop tree with burlap accents - truly shabby chic

Leftover branches from a full-size tree arranged in a pretty vase give the illusion of a tabletop tree, but with a unique and eye catching touch!

Loving this room - and the Christmas tree is a warm touch.

Oh, What a Wedding!!

I am back from what was the most perfect, fun-filled, joyous wedding weekend of my best friend, C!!
Each wedding event was complete with loads of bliss and cheer (and of course some tears of joy here and there - namely from my Maid of Honor toast which despite the 12+ months I had to prepare it turned into more of a I-can't-talk-because-I'm-so-teary couple of words...) all leading up to what was the most picturesque, beautiful, and special wedding ceremony and reception.
I am honored to have been part of the entire weekend and to stand by C & P's sides as they started their happily-ever-after together!

Here is a quick glimpse of what's to come!

I am chomping at the bit to see the professional photos as one of my all-time favorite photographers, Patricia Lyons, shot the wedding and I just know they are going to be nothing short of AMAZING.
Be forewarned, I will likely be over-sharing them with you once they're finished!

One of the many beautifully orchestrated wedding festivities was the Bridesmaids Luncheon held at the Bride's Godmother's home in the "country."  I loved the rustic, shabby chic, yet sophisticated flower arrangements  so I just have to share!
(Note - apologies for the poor camera quality. Trust me when I say these pictures do not do the beautiful luncheon justice!)
